Cancellations, Rescheduling and Special Services

If you need to make a cancellation or reschedule your reservation you will need to email, call, online booking system the salon about the change.

If you cancel or reschedule, check the rules written below.

You have to pay a cancellation or rescheduling fee the situations listed below.

 If you tell the salon about a cancellation or reschedule more than 48 hours before the appointment time, no cancellation fee will be charged.

50% of the appointment service fee must be paid, if a appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.

100% of the appointment service fee must be paid, if a appointment is cancelled or rescheduled on the day or no show.

Please pay all cancelation fees charges within 14days.

Paymant made later than a day will incur an additional charge of 0.04% per day.
