Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We schedule appointment times based on the treatment menu and each client's needs.
Significant delays or last-minute cancellations may cause inconvenience to other guests.

To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone at our salon, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel or if you become aware that you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Cancellation Timing and Fees

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance via phone, email, or through your personal booking page.

If you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Up to 2 days before: No charge

• 1 day before (previous day): 50% of the booked service fee

• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the booked service fee

For clients who have pre-paid via credit card or other methods, we will refund the amount minus any applicable cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.

For Clients Who Paid a Deposit

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: Full refund of the deposit

• Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund of the deposit

Exceptions

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or unavoidable personal emergencies, the above policies may not apply. Please consult with our staff directly in such situations.

Late Arrivals

• If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late without notice, it will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.

• In some cases, your treatment may need to be adjusted or canceled depending on your arrival time. In such cases, the originally scheduled service fee will still apply.

Payment of Cancellation Fees

If a cancellation fee applies, we will issue an invoice.
Please complete the payment within 14 days of the cancellation date.

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 0.04% per day may be added to the outstanding amount.
