Cancellation

• Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

• Cancellation fees will apply depending on notice.

Cancellation Fees

• Until the day before your appointment: No cancellation fee

• Same-day cancellation: 50% of the booked service fee

• No-show (without notice): 100% of the booked service fee

Payment

• If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged after the appointment date.

• This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness or transportation issues.
