Male companions are not allowed inside the salon.
Please note the following before booking :
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be cancelled.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
• Same-day cancellations : 50% of the service fee will be charged. Please notify us of any cancellations by the day before.
• No-shows (without notice) : 100% of the service fee will be charged.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking for services priced at ¥30,000 or more. Please check your email, as we will send you an invoice. Payment must be completed within 24 hours, or your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
